Thermoplastic Hoses

A lightweight alternative to conventional rubber and metal hoses, offering a smooth interior bore and excellent resistance to outer abrasion. The R7 is well suited for lubrication circuits and forklifts; the R8 handles higher pressures for more demanding applications. Their main advantage: electrical non-conductivity, an essential safety criterion when operating near power lines.

Standard pressure Non-conductive Featherweight

Key strengths & applications

Electrical safety

Non-conductive structure preventing arcing on maintenance platforms and lifts.

Reduced weight

Half the weight of an equivalent steel-reinforced hose, making handling and coiling easier.

Smooth finish

Ultra-smooth thermoplastic core that minimises pressure drop and eases fluid flow.
